Improving onboarding experience for a remittance service.

Overview
I worked on testing the onboarding user flow for a fintech app's remittance service and designed an alternative prototype based on my findings.
Background
Instarem are an international remittance service, a brand of Nium. I joined them as an intern in 2022, for 4 months. During that time, I worked on improving onboarding flow and usability of the portfolio page.
Team Structure
I worked as part of a team of a senior UX designer, a UI designer, a web developer and a marketing manager. I was reporting to the senior UX designer.
Challenge
Instarem needs to create a clear and informative onboarding flow to introduce their new card - Amaze.
Solution
During my internship at Instarem I tested and redesigned the onboarding flow for a new bank card.
